You Submit a Rent to Own Application Online, by Fax or by Mail.

Once your application has been accepted and reviewed, we will setup a meeting to review your purchase criteria. We work with you to provide a customized rent-to-own program.

You drive by homes anywhere in Southern Ontario that meet your purchase criteria to narrow down your choices. And work with one of our Real Estate Agents to make an appointment and walk-through the home.

We do a House Inspection.

At this time we would collect the Purchase Option Deposit and complete the Lease and Option paperwork.

The investor will close on the house in 6-8 weeks.
